Exploring the work of Joan Quigley
While early astrology developed as a tool for kings and emperors, it may be difficult to imagine today’s presidents and prime ministers using celestial omens to guide them in conducting government affairs. An often forgotten fact is that as recently as the 1980s, the world was shocked with the explosive revelations that President Ronald Reagan had consulted astrologer Joan Quigley.
Join us as we explore the significance of Joan Quigley’s work and the important role she played in turning Reagan into the ‘Teflon president’.
We will undertake a detailed analysis of her chart examples alongside historical accounts of the period.
This will be a fascinating presentation about one of astrology’s most important contemporary figures and one not to be missed!

Culpeper's Astrological Apothecary
An historical fact which every astrologer can relish in is that physicians in the medieval period formed a diagnosis and treatment plan based on the position of the planets. Join us as we uncover these techniques by looking at the life and work of apothecary-astrologer Nicholas Culpeper.
We will discuss how Culpeper applied these techniques while recognising the unique challenges practicing astrologers faced in turbulent 17th century England.
We will celebrate the enduring legacy of Culpeper's work by analysing contemporary case studies in decumbiture and learning how to time the length of illness using the Moon - invaluable tools for anyone seeking to understand the principles of medical astrology.

2025 Aries Ingress Study Group
Join our 2025 study group to participate in a close analysis of the Australian Ingress charts.
The aim of the study group is to allow those new to the concepts of Mundane astrology to learn these techniques in a practical environment.
The group will meet four times throughout 2025 to discuss the Sun's ingress into each cardinal sign. We will record our forecasts and revisit them at each meeting to compare them against issues of national attention.
The initial session will contain a presentation introducing the techniques employed in Mundane astrology. In addition to ingress charts, we will also be looking at lunations, eclipses and the natal horoscopes of prominent individuals.
A study materials pack will be provided for ongoing reference.
Session recordings will be provided to each study group participant.
